As the P&D Studio Coordinator at our Stockholm HQ you will ensure smooth daily operations through effective forecasting planning and handson support. You will also be responsible for maintaining a wellorganized and structured sample and archive system.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As Studio coordinator your main contribution will be to drive operational excellence by coordinating crossdepartmental initiatives managing sample logistics supporting team operations and recruitment and ensuring an organized efficient and wellcommunicated design studio environment.You will report to Head of P&D Coordination & Planning. You will play a vital role in this by:
- Participate and coordinate implementation of crossdepartmental initiatives and guide the teams accordingly
- Coordinate sample management within all related departments update and communicate clear guidelines
- Organize reference & rental garments proto & sample archive
- Maintain an organized prepared and functional studio environment
- Manage travel and model bookings for the designated teams
- Responsible for apprenticeship recruitment and support with onboarding of new hires
- Coordinate the overall organization and logistics of collection finalization
- Track forecast and respect annual design studio related budgets
- Invoice and expense report management
- Maintain balanced communication and good working process with cross functional partners

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:
- Academic degree from business school/and or textile education or similar
- At least 2 years working experience within coordination or a similar role
- Confident with the Office package
- Good understanding of creative process
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
The role will require seasonal travels.
