Job Description
An established company in Lakewood is looking for a highly experienced Permit Specialist to manage and oversee permitrelated tasks. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from $90K to $100K. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling various types of permits and ensuring that all legal and regulatory requirements are met in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all permit applications and processes.
- Ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations related to permitting.
- Liaise with government agencies and contractors to expedite permit approval.
- Resolve any issues or delays in the permitting process.
- Maintain accurate records of all permits and related documentation.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with permit management and oversight.
