Overview:Oliver Wyman Vector is seeking a highly motivated Intern to join our Aerospace & Defense division. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced consultants and contribute to highimpact projects while developing both technical and consulting skills.

Internship Structure:Interns will be assigned an Advisor who will provide guidance on business and consulting skills as well as a Project Mentor to assist with technical challenges and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teams to deliver and present project deliverables to Tier 1 aerospace Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Department of Defense clients.

  • Develop comprehensive engineering documentation for testing and continuity purposes.

  • Engage in handson testing of aerospace systems to ensure operational effectiveness.

  • Assist in system definition and decomposition contributing to the overall project framework.

  • Verify requirements through integrated systems testing to ensure compliance and functionality.

  • Build analytic models driven from disparate data sets

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Engineering.

  • Previous academic or internship experience in a professional setting is preferred.

  • Familiarity with airplane systems including reliability and maintainability is advantageous.

  • Strong foundation in software requirements and development principles.

Desired Skills:

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving capabilities.

  • Commitment to delivering highquality solutions and understanding customer needs.

  • Selfstarter with strong motivation and initiative.

  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.

  • Basic understanding of computer networking technologies.

  • Experience with engineering data analysis and documentation.

Additional Information:

  • This is a fulltime internship 40 hours per week).

  • Candidates must be located in Atlanta

  • Candidates must be US citizens
