As a Staff Salesforce Developer youll be an expert developer who has demonstrated a capacity for solving problems of broad scope that support the success of your value stream. Youll explore experiment and innovate to improve the consistent delivery of iterative value. As a Staff Salesforce Developer youll provide mentoring across your value stream helping develop its overall capabilities.
About the role
- Solve difficult problems for the value stream using software and provide examples of new technology or patterns
- Contribute to improving processes across the value stream while releasing and validating software
- Coach and assist with high severity software support incident resolution and blameless reviews for the value stream
- Develop code modules and patterns useful across the value stream
- Evaluate new technologies and approaches for use by the enterprise
- Guide code and design reviews for the value stream helping establish standards
- Communicate about software across all levels of the organization tailoring the details appropriately to the audience
- Mentor team members on any of the above
- Assist leadership with improving flow by identifying and helping address technical debt and process issues for the value stream
About you
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven track record of solving highlevel problems through innovative Salesforce solutions.
- Experience with Apex LWC Flows Triggers fflib Mulesoft integrations
- Expertise developing custom Salesforce modules or patterns used across multiple teams
- Experience refining software integration and delivery patterns to improve ongoing support
- Experience helping develop work items from business requirements such aswriting features and assisting with Salesforce architecture and design.
- Expertise mentoring and developing others in Salesforce best practices.
- Experience providing thought leadership to influence Salesforce development practices across internal groups.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- 9 years of experience in a professional Salesforce development or similar role
- Experience developing and maintaining .NET Core/.NET 6 microservices
- Strong experience with AWS services including EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service) ECS (Elastic Container Service) Lambda API Gateway and S3
- Experience in scaling microservices handling load balancing and optimizing costs in AWS
- Expertise in Salesforce development or advanced Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II Salesforce Certified Technical Architect).
- Expertise designing or refining continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)
- Agile certification

Colorado New York City Jersey City California D.C and Washington Candidates Only.The salary range for this position is one hundred forty two thousand five hundred dollars to three hundred twenty thousand five hundred dollars. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus and other employmentrelated benefits including but not limited to medical dental and vision benefits 401K retirement plan and paidtime off.
