Job Description
- Define and implement test automation strategies for web and API testing.
- Lead mentor and manage a team of automation engineers.
- Design develop and maintain scalable test automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with development DevOps and product teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure test coverage through automated test scripts and maintain test cases in test management tools.
- Analyse test results identify defects and work with developers to resolve issues.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in test automation.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards for test scripts.
- Identify and drive process improvements to enhance automation efficiency.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in software testing with at least 2 years in automation leadership roles.
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium TestNG JUnit Cypress Playwright etc.
- Strong experience with API automation testing using tools like Postman RestAssured or Karate.
- Handson experience with scripting languages like Java JavaScript or Python.
- Expertise in CI/CD tools like Jenkins GitHub Actions GitLab CI/CD or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and containerization (Docker Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
