Ensures personalized service is offered to guests during their stay
Acts as the reference team member for guests during their stay and ensures that all requests from guests are made possible or are followed up
Maintains a high level of communication and feedback within the department
Identifies and anticipate guest needs
Assists with luggage delivery and collection
Warm up rooms according to the housekeeping standards checking that all room equipment are functioning
Reports guest complaints requests and inquiries to the Manager who in charge of Front Office or DOR
Assists and coordinates all inroom/suite guest needs and requirements
Builds a rapport with all allocated guests and maintains interactions in order to facilitate guest recognition and obtain information regarding their preferences for guest history
Qualifications :
Graduated from a bachelor degree 2 years or above relative hotel work experience is preferred.
Applicants with exhibition/hotel/real estate/business reception or catering exposures will be given priority.
Familiar with commonly used office software and Opera system.
Good language and communication skills with fluent English
Additional Information :
Contract full time shifttaking 2 days off per week guaranteed no overnight.
Eligible holidays social insurance. Work Permit and work visa supplied.
Single standard room with separate toilet and shower.
