Your Role 

As Multimedia Artist Design & Creative you will be part of RepRisks global Marketing & Communications team reporting directly to the Associate Director Design & Creative (Manila). You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to conceptualize and execute branded materials that visually communicate RepRisks mission and value proposition. In this role you will be responsible for designing and producing a wide variety of marketing and communications materialsfrom social media graphics and promotional videos to flyers infographics and presentations. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design and deliver highquality multimedia assets for digital and print use including infographics flyers social media visuals presentations animations videos and more. 
• Collaborate with your manager and stakeholders to interpret creative briefs and translate objectives into engaging visual concepts. 
• Ensure consistency with RepRisks brand identity and maintain adherence to our visual standards and guidelines. 
• Support the creation and upkeep of branded templates and toolkits to increase efficiency and alignment. 
• Manage timelines and project deliverables ensuring assets are completed on time and to the required standard. 
• Stay up to date with the latest design tools trends and best practicesand bring fresh ideas into your work. 

Qualifications :

You Bring 

• At least 12 years of relevant experience in multimedia design visual communication or creative production ideally in a B2B agency or global marketing environment. 
• Bachelors degree: Fine Arts Multimedia Arts Advertising Visual Communication or a related design field. 
• An online portfolio that demonstrates your ability to deliver polished and effective visual content. An online portfolio is required to be considered for interview. Please include the link in your resume. 
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite particularly Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Premiere Pro and After Effects. 
• Familiarity with Canva and other visual collaboration tools (e.g. Figma) is a plus. 
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining alignment with brand and creative direction. 
• Fluent (nearnative) English speaker every additional language is a plus!
