Are you passionate about travel and love helping others plan their dream vacations We are seeking a friendly and experienced Travel Planner to join our team in the Consumer Services industry. As a Travel Planner you will have the opportunity to create unforgettable travel experiences for our clients. Whether its a relaxing beach getaway or an actionpacked adventure you will be the goto person for all their travel needs. If you have a knack for planning and a passion for providing exceptional customer service we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Research and recommend travel destinations accommodations and activities based on client preferences and budget
Create detailed itineraries and travel plans to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients
Book flights hotels and transportation for clients ensuring all necessary documents and information are provided
Collaborate with vendors and travel agencies to negotiate and secure competitive rates for clients
Stay uptodate with travel trends visa requirements and travel advisories to provide accurate and relevant information to clients
Handle any changes or issues that may arise during travel ensuring a quick resolution and minimal disruption to the clients plans
Maintain excellent communication with clients throughout the planning process providing timely updates and addressing any concerns or questions they may have
Requirements
Experience in travel planning or a related role
Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations airlines and hotel chains
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in travel and tourism is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Detailoriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Proficient in using travel booking platforms and online reservation systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a positive and customerfocused attitude
Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and travel requirements
