High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience in hospitality is preferred. Must have strong computer skills to perform daily operations; excellent communication skills; exceptional customer service skills and the ability to organize and resolve multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment. Demonstrated customer service skills and excellent phone etiquette. Bilingual skills preferred.
