In this role you will design compellingcontent manage social media and capture company culture through photographyand videography. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and executecommunication strategies for internal and external employer branding.
- Create engaging contentfor social media career pages and talent campaigns.
Serve as an inhousecontent creator capturing employee experiences and workplace culture.
- Manage and enhanceemployer branding across digital platforms.
- Analyze theeffectiveness of communication strategies and optimize accordingly.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years ofexperience in recruitment marketing content marketing or employer brandingwithin a startup environment.
- Bachelors/Mastersdegree in Journalism Mass Communication or a related field.
- Proficiencyin creative tools like Canva Adobe Suite or similar platforms. Expertise inglobal talent acquisition employer branding and stakeholder engagement
