Reports to:System Support Group General Manager National System Support Analyst General Manager

Salary: $85K

Job Purpose:To provide managerial operational and working support for all ofthe IT and telephonic needs of the warehouse.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Position will report directly to System Support Group General Manager NationalSystem Support Analyst General Manager and Warehouse Managers. Supportas a Team Leader to Regional System Support Teams supporting and directingthem in efforts to support warehouse and transportation operations and thesystems used to support all company operations. Will receive direction andguidance from corporate IT Networks Desktop and Security for IT standardspolicies and procedures as it relates to topics listed below. Travel is arequirement in this position based on needs necessities and projects.

Networking

• Assists in the planning and implementation of additions deletions andmajor modifications to the supporting local IT infrastructure.
• Implements network security at the local level as established by CorporateSecurity Director.
• Oversees the administration and maintenance of the sites ITinfrastructure and directs IT support personnel when necessary.
• Oversees the administration of the companys LAN.

Telephony

• Manages and develops upgrades to the companys telephone system atthe national and local levels.
• Oversees all telephone changes including routing for seating assignments.

Training and Lab Maintenance

• Oversees the administration and maintenance of computer stations and software for company training programs and provides additional support if necessary.

Internal Systems

• Oversees troubleshooting systems backups archiving and disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary.
• Works with project teams to help implement internal systems.

Help Desk Administration

• Oversees all help desk activities at the regional and local levels.
• Responds to escalated help desk issues.
• Oversees the administration and maintenance of our tracking software.
• Interacts with internal clients on all levels to help resolve ITrelated issues and provides answers in a timely manner.

Asset Management

• Builds and maintains vendor relationships and manages the local purchase of hardware and software products.
• Manages the purchasing of all software hardware and other IT supplies at the local level.
• Ensures that company assets are maintained responsibly.
• Designs and prepares daily and monthly reports as needed by corporate and the General Manager
• Overall responsibility for the management of good sanitation and safety practices through out the warehouse technology areas.

Minimum Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a selfinitiator who canimplement and manage all warehouse distribution programs as directed bycorporate the Human Resource Manager and the General Manager.
• Extremely high level of Computer Networking WMS and TMS system literacywith knowledge and certifications in LAN if needed.
• Logistics knowledge EDI knowledge troubleshooting knowledge required toprovide expedited support.
• Management skills for high level tier support.
• College level training or a minimum of 4 to 5 years experience in the areas ofsystems management.

• Days company closed: Christmas and New Years Thanksgiving they work or work 1/2 day
• During their golive period (projects) employees can work 10 hours a day
• Vacation Time Blackout period during busy season Company has blackout dates where no one can take vacation OctoberFebruary
• The schedule usually 1st shift but must have open availability
