POSITION: Strategic Project Manager Cardinal Group Management (Full Time Exempt)IND1

DIRECT REPORT: Vice President Management Services Cardinal Group Management

COMPENSATION: Pursuant to Colorado regulations if this job is performed in Colorado the salary range is $82000 $92000 plus bonus potential. Eligible to participate in the company benefits plan. SUMMARY

The Strategic Project Manager will be tasked with planning executing and supporting data and project management related functions with a specific focus on: Cardinal Group Companies existing services and offerings new or proposed offerings by one of the Cardinal Group Companies national partnerships and the national partnership platform and Cardinal Group Companies reporting related to the above listed items.

RESPONSIBILITIES (Including but not limited to)

• Directly support the Cardinal Group Company (CGC) teams in the areas outlined above in the Summary.
• Establish and maintain program standards and internal resources related to Cardinal national partnerships or any CGC product or offering.
• Manage the implementation of any new national partnerships that are deployed at Cardinal Group
• Provide project management support for the implementation of any new offerings at Cardinal Group companies.
• Work directly to increase the adoption of Cardinal Groups service offerings to the managed portfolio.
• Collaborate and meet with prospective new national partners for Cardinal Group Companies.
• Collaborate directly with the systems IT accounting and data teams to provide strategic input for all relevant projects related to the Strategy and Offerings team.
• Collaborate with the learning and development team to improve the delivery of new training content related to all CGC offerings and partnerships.
• Manage the production of reporting including (but not limited to) CGC revenue streams penetration and use of product offerings customer sentiment and feedback data and the quality and effectiveness of any CGC offering or national partnership.
• Analyze portfolio metrics to discover operating trends across the portfolio with a focus on maximizing revenue from all existing and future revenue streams at Cardinal Group Companies.
• Work to integrate into the budgeting process and tools for all current and future operational verticals at Cardinal Group Management including Student Housing MultiFamily Conventional housing and Affordable Housing.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Vice President Strategy and Offerings.
• Work in concert with other Cardinal Group Companies elements towards overall data integrity.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required and champion the Cardinal Culture.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 35 years of relevant industry experience in finance operations and systems
• Excellent time management and organization skills as well as a professional attitude
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and prioritize
• Must have EXCELLENT analytical skills attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to problem solve and think outside of the box
• Ability to travel a minimum of 4 weeks per year
• Professional written and verbal communication as well as great interpersonal skills required
• Customer service focused (i.e. generating accurate and timely results and effectively communicating to team members coworkers and management)
• Bachelors degree preferred

The employee must be able to push pull lift carry or maneuver office products and supplies of up to twenty 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Routine local travel is required to attend training classes client visits or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position. Overnight travel required to attend company functions training property visits and other situations necessary for the accomplishment of special projects that may be assigned from time to time.
