- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition and sourcing strategies.
- Manage recruiting systems and maintain robust candidate pipelines.
- Oversee new hire onboarding and orientation ensuring seamless integration of new employees.
- Implement Job Instructional Training (JIT) programs for effective skill acquisition.
- Create and maintain detailed job descriptions (Role Cards).
- Design and support internal career pathing and skill development initiatives.
- Conduct organizational staffing analysis and workload balancing to meet business needs efficiently.
- Hands on Recruiting and Scheduling in the US and support of key hire recruiting for our global locations.
- Experience with Employee Evaluation Systems.
This role ensures that our organizations talent needs are met proactively and that employees are fully equipped and engaged from day one.

- Leadership experience in managing talent acquisition and employee development processes.
- Strong strategic thinking abilities and competence in workforce planning.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively manage recruitment and development strategies.
- Selfdirected with a focus on continuous improvement in recruiting and talent management practices.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships within the organization to support a vibrant workplace culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- 5 years of experience in recruiting and talent development preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficient with recruiting systems and technologies.
- Must be an independent selfstarter with a problemsolving mentality.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
