Description
Country Club of Landfall is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager for their dining venues.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate daily with the Director of F&B to ensure a coordinated effort at providing a quality experience for all members and guests
- Actively monitor member services to ensure standards of operation constantly meet or exceed the presently established guidelines
- Consistently demonstrates accuracy thoroughness neatness and dependability to produce results in a timely and costeffective manner
- Enforce all the club rules and regulations governing the use of the facilities
- Maintain high visibility in dining rooms to welcome members and their guests and to ensure prompt efficient and knowledgeable service
- Test employees with service exams on a regular basis as part of ongoing training
- Assist in the handling of member issues in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with performance reviews of employees
- Assist with recruiting and interviewing of prospective employees
- Attend all relevant operational meetings
- Complete daily/weekly/monthly reports as required
- Utilizes manager and financial tools consistently and in a timely manner
- Assist with scheduling and payroll duties
- Possess excellent leadership qualities
- Able to multitask and prioritize in accordance with changing circumstances.
- Supports the Club Standards of Operation
- Assist with any special projects as assigned by supervisor
Availability:
- Must have open availability to include weekends and holidays
