Job Description
- Diagnose and repair various home appliances and Culligan water conditioning equipment
- Installation of new appliances
- Extensive problem solving and mechanical skills to resolve customer issues
- Attention to detail to provide excellent customer satisfaction
- Effective and polite telephone communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with customers
- Efficiently plan and coordinate service calls
- Build customer relationships
- Help in the office as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED
- Must maintain a valid Drivers License and clean driving record
- Must be physically able to lift heavy appliances and equipment
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Friendly and approachable attitude when dealing with customers
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Ability to selfdirect activities and manage time to ensure productivity
- Ability to thrive and multitask in an active working environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Outstanding team attitude
- Maintain a professional appearance
