Position Title: Clinical Services Manager
Parttime 60 hours per fortnight
Location: Mandurah

Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Peel based Clinical Services Manager to join our team working parttime 60 hours per fortnight (flexibility on offer). In this role you will contribute to our mission by providing clinical leadership ensuring high standards of governance supporting program managers fostering stakeholder relationships and driving service improvement in the Peel region.
Key Components of the Role
- Provide clinical leadership and support to Peel Based Program Managers Site Managers and Clinicians
- Chair meetings and contribute to Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives for Peel health services
- Lead the planning and development of systems protocols and referral pathways to enhance service delivery and coordination across Peel health services
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify new business opportunities develop integrated programs and engage stakeholders within the Peel region
- Represent the Organisation at regional health forums and activities fostering collaboration and strategic partnerships
What you bring
- Leadership/ management experience at a senior level
- Registered Nurse 8 years experience registered with AHPRA)
- Mental Health Primary Health specialties (desirable)
- Post graduate qualifications in Healthcare Management or another relevant specialty or progress towards (desirable)
Essential Requirements: To be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria:
- The right to work in Australia
- A valid WA drivers license
- A valid and clear police check
- A Working with Children Check (WWC)
