Job Description

This Associate Account Manager eCommerce for our Master Lock brand reports to the National eCommerce Account Manager and manages the strategic partnership of Master Lock Yale and Sentry Safe products through online sales channels in the U.S. and Canada. This is a key sales role responsible for collaborating with customers and crossfunctionally within other various customer departments. You will be providing feedback and insights to the team and other crossfunctional groups within the organization such as Demand Planning Category Management Finance RGM and Supply Chain.

Location: This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield IL. Effective mid2025 Fortune Brands will transition to a new worldclass campus in Deerfield bringing together associates from across our U.S. offices brands and functions. The campus will offer vibrant workspaces for collaboration along with amenities for dining onsite daycare fitness and recreation. We anticipate minimal travel up to 15 to facilitate customer visits

Salary: $60000 $95000 per year plus annual bonus.

What You Will Be Doing


Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

  • 35 years of national account sales experience (preferably within consumer durables)
  • Experience with ecommerce sales & ecommerce marketplace
  • Financial acumen to clearly understand a detailed P&L and make decisions necessary to profitably run and grow the business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Collaborates well with internal and external partners and stakeholders
  • Negotiation and problemsolving skills
  • Proficient using MS Office Suite (PowerPoint Excel Outlook)

Nice To Have:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing or similar
  • Knowledge of developing and introducing new merchandising programs
  • Experience with online merchandising


Additional Information :

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $60000 USD $95000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and location. In addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a rolebased sales incentive plan.
