Job Description
We are looking for an RPA Analyst/Developer to join our team!
Main Tasks:
- Responsible for the design development testing and implementation of RPA robots which will interact with multiple thirdparty applications
- Continuous improvement of software development best practices
- Ensure reliability and quality on the deliverables
- Test monitor and evaluate solutions
- Collect analyses the needs expressed by the business and associated functional documentation
Qualifications :
Technical Skills:
- RPA development experience 2 years) with one of the market leading RPA platforms: Blue Prism (highly recommendable) Automation Anywhere UIPath
- Involvement in AI related projects (NLG NLP OCR Machine Learning)
- Previous experience as analyst in RPA projects is a strong plus
- Previous Experience in software development
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies
Language Skills:
- Good level in English is required (speaking reading and writing)
- French is a plus
Soft Skills:
- High level of analysis and problemsolving capability
- Organization process and client focus oriented skills
- Ability to clear communicate and report project status to the management
- Proactive behavior regarding the ability to work in a fast changing and demanding environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication (spoken and written) skills
Additional Information :
- Hybrid 2 days/week) working model in Lisbon but during the first 3 months more onsite presence will be required.
