Job Description

Youll love it because you will... 

  • Lead the domestic wholesale channel owning annual sales plans sellthrough targets and gross margin objectives across key distribution channels. 
  • Develop and execute a highimpact wholesale growth strategy ensuring SPANX remains a topperforming brand within our retail partnerships. 
  • Cultivate and strengthen retailer relationships expanding SPANXs footprint and identifying new growth opportunities and whitespace innovations. 
  • Enhance crossfunctional collaboration working with Planning Merchandising Finance and Operations to deliver a bestinclass customer experience. 
  • Set and uphold brand and selling standards ensuring alignment across Account Management Merchandising and Wholesale teams. 
  • Drive analyticsdriven decisionmaking implementing standardized reporting on sales trends market dynamics customer engagement and inventory efficiency. 
  • Own financial modeling and profitability assessments partnering with Finance to evaluate new growth opportunities and saleschannel expansions. 
  • Recruit develop and mentor a bestinclass Account Management team fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and high performance. 

Qualifications :

We require  

  • 15 years of senior sales leadership experience in womens apparel intimate apparel or a related category. 
  • A growth mindset with a proven ability to drive revenue in a highgrowth fastpaced environmentwith a focus on sellthrough and consumer demand. 
  • Deep expertise in both brickandmortar and digital wholesale channels with a strong pulse on the evolving retail landscape and wholesale business models. 
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing and scaling highperforming account management teams. 
  • Strong financial acumen with advanced knowledge of key wholesale performance metrics (sales gross margin inventory turn weeks of supply) and how to drive profitability. 
  • A datadriven approach with strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiencyexperience working with WMS OMS and data analytics tools is a plus. 
  • Proven ability to navigate complex negotiations leveraging existing relationships with key retail buyers to optimize partnerships and drive sales growth. 
  • A collaborative and solutionoriented mindset with the ability to work crossfunctionally to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
