Qualifications :
We require
- 15 years of senior sales leadership experience in womens apparel intimate apparel or a related category.
- A growth mindset with a proven ability to drive revenue in a highgrowth fastpaced environmentwith a focus on sellthrough and consumer demand.
- Deep expertise in both brickandmortar and digital wholesale channels with a strong pulse on the evolving retail landscape and wholesale business models.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing and scaling highperforming account management teams.
- Strong financial acumen with advanced knowledge of key wholesale performance metrics (sales gross margin inventory turn weeks of supply) and how to drive profitability.
- A datadriven approach with strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiencyexperience working with WMS OMS and data analytics tools is a plus.
- Proven ability to navigate complex negotiations leveraging existing relationships with key retail buyers to optimize partnerships and drive sales growth.
- A collaborative and solutionoriented mindset with the ability to work crossfunctionally to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
