Description

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for leading a team to ensure the retention of existing customers generating new sales and growing the revenue and market share of the organization.

Essential Functions:

  • Manages the inside sales representatives team and lead generation processes; sets sales targets and implements improvements in the sales administration process
  • Coordinates department projects to meet deadlines and creates monthly reports on sales metrics
  • Prepares monthly quarterly and annual sales forecasts to project Company growth
  • Ensures sales finance and legal policies and procedures are met for all inside sales staff and daily business functions
  • Liaise with Marketing and Corporate Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales
  • Recruits hires and provides training and coaching to new inside sales hires
  • Ensures sales pipeline remains full with qualified leads and prospects
  • Monitors employee productivity and motivates the team to reach daily dial goals
  • Manages inside sales personnel efficiency by comparing time worked hours billed production accomplished commission and payroll on a regular basis

Nonessential functions:

  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Utilizes customer feedback to generate ideas about new features and products
  • Researches and discovers methods to increase customer engagement; build an opencommunication environment for the team
  • Schedules department staff meetings workshops and functions

Qualifications

Job Specifications:

  • Must possess a Bachelors Degree in Business or related field
  • Must possess 3 to 5 years in a supervisory role with prior sales experience
  • Must possess advanced technical knowledge of relevant industry products and services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Word Excel PowerPoint)

  • Must be able to reach with hands and arms lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Must be able to observe and recognize items both close and distance and demonstrate an ability to adjust focus
