JOB TITLE: Brand Marketing Specialist

MAJOR PURPOSE:
The Brand Marketing Specialist is responsible for leading branding and culture efforts for the Net Conversion (agency) brand. This includes developing and executing strategies for brand communications and creative branding initiatives as well as upholding the culture and values of Net Conversion which is one of our most important pillars at the agency. This role also involves promoting the Net Conversion brand communication culture and values through social media PR and onandoffsite events to drive follower growth engagement and traffic to our website.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communications & Social Media
- Daytoday management of all Net Conversion social media channels Instagram Meta LinkedIn and others as needed
- Own Net Conversions monthly newsletter and netconversion website management
- Work with Analytics to refresh and maintain social and website analytics dashboard and manage those respective efforts to maximize performance
- Plan and execute a content calendar to ensure brandconsistent messaging
- Content creative design and development
- Create and deliver case studies white papers executive bios press releases and media relations content
- Identify speaking opportunities for the Net Conversion leadership team
- Proactively drive social relationships and partnerships with media partners partners and prospective partners that can create engagement opportunities
- Culture & Philanthropy Event Planning
- Collaborate with Net Conversion management and admin to brainstorm and conceptualize internal and external events
- Provide planning and production support for the design and implementation of all events
- Coordinate with outside vendors for assigned events
CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
- Our ideal candidate must be a team player wellorganized creative and highly motivated
- Bachelors degree in hospitality marketing or similar field
- A minimum of 12 years of directly related experience
- Experience using social media management and monitoring tools such as Meta Instagram LinkedIn Sprout or other similar tools
- Experience with creative writing
- Highly organized selfmotivated and able to multitask
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical eye for detail and aesthetics
- Leadership skills and problemsolving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work well independently as well as in a team
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- 12 years relevant experience
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Management Business Administration Public Relations or a relevant field preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Periods sitting at a desk and monitoring computer (we have ergonomic sit stand desks).
