What youll be doing

• Ensure the lobby area concierge and front desk create a clean and welcoming environment for guests
• Ensure all the external fire doors are locked after 11pm. Ensure security of the property at all times.
• Answer At Your Service (switch board) and complete administrative tasks as required
• Cleaning of back and front of house areas as required
• Complete guest wake up calls on time
• Attending to guest requests assisting with baggage and preparing rooms if required
• Assisting room service
• Complete check lists thoroughly and correctly on a nightly basis.
• Be aware of all accounting and auditing practices relevant to the front office
• Support the night reception when necessary
• Be proactive in carrying out tasks and checklists
• Carry out work delegated by the Night Managers efficiently and correctly

What were looking for

• Previous experience working within a hotel Front Office or similar customer service environment preferred
• Night worker experience preferred
• Strong communication skills (verbal listening writing)
• Innovative
• Proactive reliable and flexible
• Great conversational skills and teamworkoriented
• Positive outlook

This is a full time position 40 hours per week) working night shifts.
