DescriptionProvides guidance and direction to the Repair Technician group. Manages team efforts to repair and test mechanical and electromechanical assemblies and subassemblies. Ensures team has the required drawings sketches wiring diagrams and written and oral instructions to understand and perform repair and/or test activity. Ensures work meets established technical product and quality requirements.
Responsibilities- Provides clear and concise direction on a regular basis to Repair Technician supervisors and teams.
- Identifies recurring trends difficulttoresolve problems and potential issues concurrent with new system releases or hardware / software upgrades.
- Ensures provision of endtoend support to address identified and potential issues.
- Resolves key issues raised by supervisors and teams referring the most significant and complex to technical colleagues or Assists supervisors and team members in the determination of appropriate process policies or procedures.
- Ensures team members receive and attend appropriate technical operational product and other training on a regular and ongoing basis.
- Establishes overall work processes and priorities.
- Allocates people budgets and resources.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Typically has 68 years of experience in Repair Technician and typically 02 years leadership experience.
- Fluent business English skills (Written and spoken).
