Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented E&S Commercial Auto/Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster to handle complex claims arising from commercial auto accidents involving bodily injury. This role requires a strong background in liability analysis policy interpretation and litigation management specific to E&S markets. The ideal candidate will manage a caseload of moderate to high complexity claims with a focus on timely fair and costeffective resolution in accordance with company guidelines and industry best practices.

COMPENSATION:

  • $90000 $130000/year (based on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5 years of experience handling Commercial Auto and Bodily Injury claims preferably in the E&S market.
  • Strong understanding of nonadmitted policy forms surplus lines regulations and claims handling procedures.
  • Experience managing litigated files and working with outside counsel.
  • Proven negotiation and settlement skills with moderate to high severity claims.
  • Proficient in claims management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Investigate evaluate and resolve commercial auto and bodily injury claims under E&S policies.
  2. Review and interpret policy coverage to determine liability and exposure.
  3. Conduct thorough claim investigations including obtaining statements police reports medical records and expert evaluations.
  4. Evaluate injury severity and medical treatment to assess claim value.
  5. Handle claim negotiations and settlements with claimants attorneys and other parties.
  6. Manage claims involving litigation; collaborate with defense counsel and monitor legal proceedings.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed claim files and documentation in the claim management system.
  8. Ensure compliance with statespecific claims handling regulations and E&S carrier requirements.
  9. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders insureds brokers and third parties.
