As we expand our operations we are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to join our team and drive our sales efforts. Job Description: We are looking for a resultsdriven Sales Engineer to our sales team and spearhead our growth in the market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a deep understanding of the HVAC Electronics Security Products and AV Solutions industry. This role requires a proactive and customerfocused individual who can effectively manage customer relationships achieve sales targets and drive new customer acquisition and account development.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
Identify and pursue new business opportunities actively prospecting and acquiring new customers
Lead and motivate the sales team providing guidance training and support to ensure their success
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to coordinate sales activities including marketing product management and customer support
Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth
Prepare sales forecasts budgets and reports providing regular updates to the management team
Stay updated on industry developments product knowledge and market trends to effectively position and promote our offerings
Attend industry events trade shows and conferences to network and promote the companys products and services
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in business administration Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred)
Proven track record of successful sales management preferably in the HVAC Electronics Security Products or AV Solutions industry
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques with a customercentric approach
Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire the sales team
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Proactive and resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Willingness to travel as required
