We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our Structures Team. Based onsite and inoffice this role offers the opportunity to manage impactful projects that enhance communities while fostering your professional growth.
As a Project Manager you will:
- Lead endtoend project delivery ensuring scope time cost and quality expectations are met.
- Oversee safety environmental and quality management processes fostering a culture of compliance and excellence.
- Manage financial performance including budgeting forecasting and reporting.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and project success.
- Drive team performance through mentorship collaboration and resource management.
What Were Looking For
To succeed in this role you will have:
- 3 years in project management with demonstrated success managing teams of 12 and project revenue of $25M annually.
- A degree in engineering construction management or a related field alongside relevant certifications such as Senior First Aid Construction Induction Card and Working at Heights.
- Strong leadership problemsolving and communication abilities with a focus on delivering highquality outcomes.
