What your future may hold

As an Attorney Tax (VAT) you will have among others the following responsibilities:

  • develop expertise in VAT and real estate taxation while handling highprofile multidisciplinary tax matters;
  • liaise with clients and colleagues to develop creative and innovative solutions for our clients and assist them in their various contacts with the tax administration (including the Ruling Commission);
  • stay uptodate with changes in VAT regulations tax laws and relevant case law;
  • actively contribute to the firms culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Your skillset

  • Belgian law degree with strong academic records and an additional Taxation degree (or an academic curriculum with Master courses equivalent to such a degree).
  • Solid understanding of EU and Belgian VAT law and registration duties.
  • Passionate about VAT and real estate taxation and eager to take your knowledge to the next level.
  • Fluent in Dutch (oral and written) and a good command of English and French.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for teamwork and problemsolving.
  • 26 years of relevant experience in VAT and/or real estate taxation.
