Summary
For the Long Range Radars & Naval Solutions division we are looking for a SubProject Manager (f/m/d) at the Ulm site as soon as possible.The Long Range Radars & Naval Solutions division handles major projects in cooperation with international partners including for national customers. These orders are characterized by demanding technical requirements for the delivery items high order volumes intensive communication with customers and subcontractors international cooperation and demanding contracts.
Your Tasks
Creation maintenance and review of relevant project documentation (SoWs; list of abbreviations manuals)
Preparation of deliveries to the customer (independent creation of accompanying documents organization of acceptance dates with the customers quality management (ZtQ)
Coordination and monitoring of contract fulfillment in interaction between customer contractor and subcontractor
Active risk management stakeholder management and change management
Preparation and reporting of project results
Cooperation with international partners
Organization and preparation support in conducting meetings with customer and UANs
Preparation/review of presentations for reports or customer meetings in consultation with the project manager
Willingness to travel domestically and abroad is a prerequisite.
Your Profile
Completed studies in engineering electrical engineering communications engineering industrial engineering or comparable
Several years of professional experience in the project environment/business basic knowledge of project management
Experience in dealing with German military customers research institutes and suppliers
Very good knowledge of SAP and the MS Office programs Project basic knowledge of ECTR EPM Must DOORS SAP Jira
Good knowledge of projectrelevant company processes
Conscientiousness proactivity strong communication skills
High level of dedication committed and selfconfident manner ability to work in a team and assertiveness openness towards other cultures and social customs (intercultural awareness)
Ability to plan manage and implement
Structured and resultsoriented way of working; Ability to maintain an overview even in confusing situations
Very good knowledge of German and business fluent English
