Job Description

The ideal candidate for our Customer Demand Analyst position will possess strong skills in the areas of planning/implementing/controlling/reviewing processes as well as analyzing/integrating/interpreting data.

They will also need to be highlevel communicators who are proficient at developing relationships collaborative selling motivating others and acting as a liaison.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficient in Windows & Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure possesses a sense of urgency and handles multiple priorities

  • Selfdirection/ability to make sound decisions independently

  • Strong Analytical skills

  • Flawless on behalf of Printpack and our customers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daytoday operations planning on behalf of specific Printpack customers. Responsible for managing items orders inventories and shipment releases to meet customers needs while optimizing the use of Printpacks production resources.

  • Process items orders and shipment releases accurately and in a timely manner to ensure the customer has exactly the right products at the right time.

  • Serve as the point of contact on daily operational matters between the customer and internal groups.

  • Follow up on both internal and external customer needs and Printpack production requirements.

  • Analyze forecasts to proactively plan production for the customers products ensuring the customers demand is consistently met minimum stocking levels are maintained and changes are incorporated into production plans.

  • Enter research investigate & follow up on customer complaints

  • Develop and maintain reports that support Printpacks sales staff and the external customer i.e. inventory and orderstatus reports trial reports etc.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external customers in a manner that demonstrates a highlevel of commitment to excellent customer service in order to facilitate the flow of orders and information.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent jobrelated experience

  • Previous customerservice experience

  • Familiarity with PRISM / OMS & HP systems is desirable

  • Leadership capabilities are desirable but not required

  • Customer travel required

  • Fluency in Spanish is desirable but not required
