Job Description
Hours: Full Time (Monday Friday)
Pay: $70000
- Bachelors degree in: Human Resources Business Administration or a related field preferred or
- Minimum of 4 years of HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations and investigations.
- Knowledge of California state and local labor regulations and laws.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting thorough and impartial HR investigations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity

1. Employee Relations:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees addressing queries concerns and grievances.
- Foster a positive working environment by proactively identifying and addressing potential sources of conflict or dissatisfaction.
- Provide counsel to supervisors and managers on employee relations matters ensuring fairness and consistency.
Investigations:
- Conduct thorough unbiased investigations in response to employee complaints or allegations of policy violations.
- Collaborate with legal and management teams when necessary during investigations.
- Ensure all investigations are timely compliant with legal requirements and thoroughly documented.
2. HR Administration:
- Oversee various HR functions such as recruitment onboarding benefits administration and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws and regulations.
and Development:
- Develop and facilitate training programs focused on workplace conduct conflict resolution and other pertinent topics.
- Support the professional growth and development of our staff through skillbuilding initiatives.
4. Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain meticulous records of employee interactions investigations and resolutions.
- Produce regular reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates employee satisfaction and the outcomes of investigations.
