About the Role:
As Tubis Internal Tools Product Manager you will spearhead the evolution of a dynamic suite of platforms critical to our operational excellence. You will define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for key internal toolsincluding our experimentation and launch management platforms data catalog ERP system and other missioncritical systems. Additionally you will champion AI integrations and developer efficiency tools to enhance productivity and streamline operations. Your leadership will empower internal teams to rapidly deliver highquality products ensuring our workflows remain innovative scalable and agile.
What Youll Do:
- Develop and execute a forwardthinking roadmap for a comprehensive suite of internal tools including platforms for experimentation launch management data catalog ERP content management and content merchandizing
- Champion the integration of advanced AI solutions to streamline workflows and boost operational efficiency across our systems
- Oversee the creation and enhancement of developer efficiency tools fostering a dynamic agile engineering environment
- Collaborate closely with a host of crossfunctional partnersincluding engineering design data science legal content acquisition and operations teamsto transform complex challenges into clear actionable product strategies
- Establish measurable objectives and key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement and track success
- Lead crossfunctional initiatives that align with Tubis strategic vision proactively managing risks and ensuring cohesive outcomes
- Communicate progress and insights effectively to stakeholders building consensus and resolving conflicts where needed
Your Background:
- 5 years of product management experience ideally with a focus on internal tools or platforms within fastpaced tech or digital media environments
- Demonstrated ability to ship highquality products quickly while balancing strategic vision with tactical
- Deep expertise in building and optimizing platforms for experimentation launch management ERP data catalogs content management and developer tooling
- Strong technical acumen and datadriven mindset with the ability to work effectively with engineering and data science teams
- Proven track record in stakeholder management and crossfunctional collaboration ensuring clear communication and conflict resolution
- Excellent strategic thinking and product sense with the ability to translate complex user problems into clear product requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Computer Science or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements the pay range for this role with final offer amount dependent on education skills experience and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus longterm incentive plan and various benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance a 401(k) plan paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
