Responsibilities:
- Support the first line in leveraging ERM systems to identify assess and mitigate risks across all aspects of the division.
- Coordinate divisional and functional risk assessment workshops.
- Conduct deep dives into businesscritical matters collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
- Implement risk mitigating measures and business continuity management.
- Stay informed on emerging risks within internal and external environments.
- Prepare and present risk reports to management forums and committees.
- Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders promoting a culture of risk awareness.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Legal Engineering or Agricultural Economics.
- 810 years of experience in enterprise risk management in sectors such as Supply Chain & Manufacturing Agriculture Mining or Chemicals.
- Proficiency in ERM systems and technologydriven risk management processes.
- Strong analytical communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of King IV reports on corporate governance and ISO 31000 frameworks.
