Job Description

Business Development Representative

Purpose of the Function

Building a strong pipeline by actively engaging Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and securing meetings with ICP attendance.


Functional Accountabilities


  • Conduct HighLevel Conversations on LinkedIn Phone and Email with SEO Marketing and Web Professionals to Achieve Your Monthly Meeting Booking Quota. Engage and educate target personas on the value of your solution building interest and advancing leads through the pipeline.
  • Pick up the Phone and Cold Call into Accounts to Get Meetings. Proactively reach out to new leads and create opportunities through direct communication.
  • Learn and Adapt to Processes to Drive Business Results. Stay agile and continuously improve strategies and tactics to enhance productivity and outcomes. Update process to reflect new learning.
  • Set up Prospects into Email Sequences and Personalize Emails. Efficiently managing prospects and ensuring each receives relevant timely communication through automated email sequences.

Resourcefulness: Quickly and effectively overcome challenges by leveraging tools like LinkedIn Apollo and CRMs to personalize outreach and engage prospects through diverse methods.

Lifelong Learner: Stay current with digital marketing SEO and sales trends while continuously improving techniques through training and feedback.

Strong Communicator: Deliver clear persuasive messages through emails calls and LinkedIn that align with prospects needs and drive action.

SelfStarter: Take initiative in the outreach process independently managing tasks and aligning personal goals with team objectives.

Product & Technical Understanding: Grasp and explain Schema Apps product and SEO concepts in a way that resonates with prospects without overwhelming them.

Time Management: Prioritize tasks effectively to meet goals balancing research outreach and followups while using tools to stay organized and efficient.

  • Pipeline Creation
    • # Meetings booked against goal
    • # of Deals opened against goal
  • Weekly activities (calls emails etc)
    • # Weekly phone calls against goal
