Are you passionate about driving growth and building strong relationships Hostplus is looking for a dynamic and proactive Business Development Manager to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious growth goals.
The opportunity
As a Business Development Manager at Hostplus you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy. Your primary mission will be to identify nurture and develop relationships with largescale employers intermediaries and key stakeholders. You will be responsible for proactively seeking out new business opportunities and securing partnerships that align with our strategic objectives values and strong member first culture. This involves a deep understanding of the corporate superannuation market as well as our growth initiatives markets strategies and policies. Your ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships will be crucial in generating leads and driving growth in the best interests of our members.
In this role you will represent and promote Hostplus products and services to potential employers across various market segments including our heritage sectors and allied sectors. You will apply a disciplined approach to scheduling conducting and following up on activities that lead to agreed growth objectives. Your efforts will directly contribute to the successful acquisition of new employer partners and the expansion of our membership base.
Additionally you will play a key role in supporting the preparation of formal tender submissions RFPs and other business acquisition activities. You will also participate in departmental growthrelated projects focusing on optimising operational efficiencies and maximizing growth outcomes. Your insights and contributions will help shape Hostplus corporate strategy product development and marketing campaigns.
