UI Software Developer I

As a UI Software Developer I you will work on a variety of projects including developing new features optimizing existing code and troubleshooting software issues as well as partner with senior developers to build new applications using various technologies including but not limited to JavaScript CSS and SQL (MySQL PostgreSQL) on a mix of commercial and homegrown applications.

This is an excellent opportunity for a midlevel UI developer to learn and grow in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Youll work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure we deliver highquality solutions. You will:

• Interpret user requirements and regulations to create software specifications
• Understand and analyze business processes
• Develop modify integrate create test scripts and test internal software systems using highquality software engineering practices
• Ensure the security of information systems through strict adherence to languageappropriate secure code development practices
• Perform other duties as assigned

You have:

• 13 years of experience as a UI Software Developer
• Proficient in web programming languages (ES6 JavaScript CSS HTML)
• Familiarity with the Unix operating system or derivatives (e.g. Linux)
• Basic knowledge of SQL (MySQL PostgreSQL)
• Knowledge of procedural programming
• Ability to complete online OWASP Top 10/Security training
• Familiar with version control (git preferred)
• Able to work and collaborate with a remote team
• Familiar with UI Design tools (XD Figma etc. and can take a design file and turn it into a finished product

The salary range for this position is $38 $44 per hour. This information is current as of the initial date of this job posting and may be modified in the future. The actual pay determined for an individual will vary based on jobrelated factors such as relevant experience and/or education particular skills and location.
