You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is seeking a fulltime Executive Assistant to provide support to our Executive Team members. This position features a MondayFriday schedule a convenient Mendota Heights location with hybrid possibility excellent benefits and more all in a missionbased professional environment!
Duties and Responsibilities
General Administration
Provide a wide variety of administrative tasks for executives to ensure accomplishment of organizational and operational goals and objectives.
Manage and coordinate executives schedules including complex calendar management agendas mail email phone calls and other organizational logistics.
Assist in meeting planning and preparations.
Manage executives travel including accommodations transportation and itineraries.
Manage information content and flow to executives and departments including drafting editing and proofing documents.
Prepare file and retrieve reports memos invoices and other documents.
Research and obtain data in support of document preparation for the Board of Trustees committees and other executives.
Process maintain and manage contracts.
Practice and maintain confidentiality in all areas.
Provide coverage support for the receptionist.
Perform other duties as assigned or modified as business needs dictate.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree or equivalent experience and five plus years as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant.
Preferred Qualifications:
Executive Assistant experience with leadership including Csuite.
Skills and Abilities
Demonstrated executive support experience.
Microsoft 365 proficiency
Intermediate level SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat skills.
Proven success in collaborative and independent work environments.
Robust organizational and prioritization skills.
Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
Able to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Ability to take direction from multiple sources.
Proactive approach to problem solving.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.

Salary Description:
$31.70$37.29 per hour
