Your Role
Liquidity Distribution Managers are responsible for account management and sales to the Market Makers account
Your Responsibilities
- Maintain active dialogue with assigned accounts and conduct regular Account Reviews
- It is anticipated that each Market Maker account gets a formal quarterly review
- Issue resolution
- Liquidity Sales is expected to respond to issues raised by and involving their accounts and see them through to completion with a timely response
- Arrange senior meetings as required
- Where possible there should be a minimum of once a year senior engagement with for each key Market Maker account
- Account mapping
- Through Account Reviews and as needed make mapping proposals for market makers for RT products to clients who have asked for liquidity
- Annual goal to ensure that when LCs are seeking liquidity Market Makers are engaged
- Introduction of new Disclosed Market Making Opportunities
- A monitored KPI should be to identify which Market Markers are not providing which products and to continually work to close that gap
- Turn Makers into Takers
- Given the range of clients in the Market Maker this should be a continuous goal for the team as circumstances at these accounts change
- Introduction of Bonuseligible products
- It is the responsibility of the Account Manager to introduce all products in the 360T/DBG FX suite to the appropriate person at each Account
- A monitored KPI should be to identify which Market Makers are not providing which products and to continually work to close that gap
- Late payment follow ups
- Where invoices go unpaid after x months Liquidity Sales has the responsibility to follow up and pursue through to payment
- Brokerage Negotiations
- Each account manager should look to offer services commensurate with the brokerage charged to the Market Maker. Where renegotiations are required the first line of messaging should be that we look to compensate for cuts in revenue with new revenue opportunities. If no satisfactory outcome is found then this should be escalated to management with you and me the next stage in the process
Your Profile
- Bachelors Degree
- Skilled Sales / Account Manager person that has worked in close relations with corporate treasuries banks and asset managers
- Reliable and capable of consolidating customer loyalty and performance through constant advisory and identification of requirement
- Experience in Global Markets sales & trading or other treasury environment or financial service industry
- Credible persuasive wellpresented with excellent communication presentation and skills
- Service and detailoriented
- Highly motivated entrepreneurial spirit team player

- The base salary range for this position isUSD. The final base salary for this role will be based on the individuals geographical location experience and qualifications.
