- Primary Role:
- Ensure the manufactured components/ products are being made into finished goods on a specific production line.
- Qualification Experience & Key skills:B.E/ Mechanical with Engineering industry background with 10 to 15 yrs experience
- Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for stacking aligning and securing metal laminations and insulating separators to assemble laminated cores for electrical parts such as coils armatures and stators according to specifications
- Responsible for Implementing the Lean techniques to drive a robust assembly process
- Responsible for arranging the produced goods and parts from raw materials using the processes such as welding sewing pressing machining and painting
- Coordinate with support functions to ensure delivery of products to schedule within the stipulated time
- Motivate the team to create a highperformance culture where improvement suggestions are embraced
- Prepare the annual budget and provisions to submit to Head laminations
- Responsible to maintain targeted FTT from assembly lines
- Ensure 5S discipline on the shop floor and Maintaining Production equipment
- Responsible for Stacking specified quantity of laminations in holding fixture
- Responsible for implementing good practices to increase department efficiency by reducing waste
- Responsible to face internal audits and preparing triggers to nonconfirmative.
- Ensure implementation of quality standards in the assembly section.
