As a Human Resources Intern at Capital Vacations you will have the opportunity to gain handson experience in the human resources department. **Qualifications:**
Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Strong academic performance with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn and openness to new experiences.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
**Responsibilities:**
Assist with daytoday HR operations.
Support HR initiatives such as recruitment onboarding and employee relations.
Conduct research and analysis to support HR projects.
Prepare HR reports presentations and other materials as needed.
Collaborate with HR team members to accomplish goals and deliver on projects.
Attend HR meetings trainings and other learning opportunities to enhance your understanding of HR functions.
