Job Description:
- Models and leads the Clinical Medical Social Worker within the interdisciplinary team to improve or maintain social emotional functional and physical health of patients and families.
- Ensures ethical and sound decisionmaking appropriate documentation and appropriate interpersonal communication of the social workers for whom they are responsible.
- Collaborates with Clinical Medical Social Work leadership internal stakeholders and other affiliated teams in the development implementation and evaluation of Clinical Medical Social Work services.
Education Requirement:
MSW required.
Licensure Requirement:
LISW required.
LISWS preferred.
