What youll do
Were on the lookout for a seasoned Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex highimpact technology initiatives across our Gaming Services platforms. Youll be the key driver of project delivery working with senior leaders regulators and crossfunctional teams to ensure outcomes are delivered on time on budget and to a high standard.
In this role youll:
- Lead the endtoend delivery of complex projects in a fastpaced regulated environment.
- Own project planning risk management compliance and delivery controls.
- Engage confidently with regulators General Managers and stakeholders to align priorities and articulate business impact.
- Champion continuous improvement agile practices and contemporary delivery approaches.
- Support strategic decisionmaking through governance resource planning and financial oversight.
- Foster a culture of positivity agility and accountability across your teams.
- Influence and guide project teams while acting as a mentor and delivery expert.
What youll bring
- 9 years managing tech projects in enterprise or regulated settings.
- Strength in risk management project governance and stakeholder reporting.
- Confident communicator who builds trust with executives delivery partners and regulators.
- Proven leadership in hightempo environments with a focus on quality and commercial outcomes.
- Agile delivery experience and a passion for driving innovation.
- A positive businessaligned mindset with the ability to energise teams and lead through change.
- Accredited tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (preferred)
- Professional certifications in Project Management
