The role will be responsible for delivering and coordinating formal training on image guided interventional solutions (interventional cardiology vascular neuroradiology oncology). Responsible for providing application and clinical support during and after the sales process within the assigned region (Eastern Europe mostly Poland) either onsite or via digital platforms.

Job Description Roles and Responsibilities
- You will provide onsite clinical applications training to users of GE Healthcare equipment in given modality area
- You will coordinate an initial clinical application alongside sales service and Clinical Education Manager
- You will be the technical liaison to the sales organization with the goal of strengthening technical capabilities of the team and customer relationships while also driving business opportunities forward
- You conduct high quality application trainings at customer sites to ensure customers safe and effective use of GE Healthcare equipments maximizing image quality and productivity
- You will promote unique differentiators based on customers clinical needs competition values and benefits sought
- You will continuously develop and improve a network of key opinion leaders within the assigned territory
- You will support Trade Shows Workshops Show Site/Customer visits
- You will support the deployment of digital tools and embrace the digital transformation of clinical education
- You will document trainings site visits and customer interactions as per the local protocol
- You will deliver customer presentations at Classroom Education days and user events
- You will maintain satisfactory aftersale relationships and development of longterm customer relationships coupled with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs
- Help Account Manager to Identify analyze and advise customers on their needs in a proactive way in order to develop new business opportunities for all GE Healthcare Products & Services
Required Qualifications
- Radiographers training or similar experience with specific experience in interventional procedures OR biomedical engineering background
- Demonstrated interpersonal & communication skills to understand and present complex material in understandable term with the capacity to influence other
- Ability to travel and be at customer sites 70 to 80 of the working time (annual average)
- Ability to express yourself clearly in English
- Customer focused/centricity with team oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset
- Selfmotivated willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve
- Willingness to be flexible/adapt to changing work environments
Desired Characteristics
- Previous experience delivering training
- Experience with GE Interventional products
- Previous experience as an Application Specialist
- Teaching skills or teaching experience
