About the role
Were excited to announce a newly created position for an IT Support Officer to join our growing team with a focus on supporting our BuildCam product (virtual onsite security camera systems). This is a fulltime permanent role based at our QLD head office in Arundel. Working hours are Monday to Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing all aspects of BuildCams IT systems and services providing support both onsite and remotely.
Core responsibilities include:
- System setup and configuration
- Footage and data management
- Remote monitoring and troubleshooting
- Customer and internal support
- System performance reporting
- Software maintenance and updates
- Documentation and standardisation
- Process improvement and innovation
About you
To thrive in this role youll have handson experience with hardware and software configuration as well as helpdesk support via email and phone. Youll be comfortable working to deadlines and collaborating with multiple internal teams to meet BuildCams service standards.
Skills and experience that will help you succeed:
- Strong ability to work independently and efficiently
- Attention to detail when setting up and troubleshooting systems
- Network and operating system troubleshooting skills
- Basic knowledge of networking and camera hardware and configuration
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly customerfocused approach
