Job Description
Tejjy Inc. is currently looking for an architect with BIM modeling experience. Candidates on H1 / OPT are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Creating Architectural Mechanical HVAC and Electrical models
- Attending coordination meetings with clients
- Collaborating with other disciplines
- Aiding in the creation of Revit families as needed
- Exhibit a strong understanding of construction principles
- Assist Project Managers with the estimation and scoping of new project opportunities
- Site visits and inspection as and when required
- Maintaining unambiguous communication with all the stakeholders
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture/ also accepting applicants with Mechanical Electrical or Civil Engineering
- Experienced in Autodesk Forge and/or Dynamo
- 2 years or more of Constructionrelated experience utilizing Autodesk Revit Architecture and/or Revit MEP Navisworks BIM360 and AutoCAD is preferred
