Job Title: Social Services Occupational Therapist
Banding:Band 6
Location: Cheltenham Gloucestershire
Working Hours: 22.2 hours per week
Rate: 26 per hour
We are seeking an enthusiastic and selfmotivated Occupational Therapist to join our clients busy Cheltenham Locality team on a temporary basis. You will be working autonomously within the adult social care team completing assessments within peoples own homes and with a focus on what matters to them.
What will your responsibilities be
Key duties and responsibilities will be including working with people to identify occupational performance issues which are impacting upon their independence within their home. You will work with them to prevent reduce and delay the impact of disability and longterm health conditions supporting their wellbeing. You will work with the wider social care team to inform care needs assessments whilst working in partnership with people voluntary and community organisations.
