Review and moderate content (text images videos) in Italian across various platforms.
Identify and escalate violations of platform policies including hate speech harassment and explicit content.
Ensure user safety by removing harmful or inappropriate content.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail while working in a fastpaced environment.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve moderation processes and policies.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand and platform integrity.
Work with sensitive content and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
Native or fluent Italian speaker (C2 level).
Good command of English (B2 level or higher) for internal communication.
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Ability to handle sensitive and potentially disturbing content.
Excellent judgment and decisionmaking skills.
Previous experience in content moderation customer support or a related field is a plus.
Comfortable working in a team environment with rotating shifts.
