Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Review and moderate content (text images videos) in Italian across various platforms.

  • Identify and escalate violations of platform policies including hate speech harassment and explicit content.

  • Ensure user safety by removing harmful or inappropriate content.

  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail while working in a fastpaced environment.

  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve moderation processes and policies.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand and platform integrity.

  • Work with sensitive content and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent Italian speaker (C2 level).

  • Good command of English (B2 level or higher) for internal communication.

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and potentially disturbing content.

  • Excellent judgment and decisionmaking skills.

  • Previous experience in content moderation customer support or a related field is a plus.

  • Comfortable working in a team environment with rotating shifts.
