Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 19:00 (Three shift options: 09:0017:00 / 10:0018:00 / 11:0019:00
Salary: 1560 gross x14 salaries per year
Job Overview
We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Bilingual Sales Representative CSAM to join our clients team in Athens. In this role you will be the key point of contact for customers managing sales and aftersales support in both Spanish and English. If you have strong communication skills a customerfirst mindset and a passion for results this is your chance to grow in a fastpaced and multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide product and service information to potential and existing customers

Handle incoming inquiries and generate leads through consultative selling

Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions

Manage customer accounts and ensure a high level of satisfaction

Collaborate with internal teams to support service delivery and client retention

Maintain uptodate knowledge of the companys offerings and market trends
Requirements
-
Native or fluent in Spanish (C1/C2 level)
-
Good command of English (minimum B2 level)

Previous experience in sales account management or customer service is a plus

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Comfortable working in a structured KPIdriven environment

EU citizenship or valid work permit in Greece
