DutchSpeaking Customer Service Advisor Digital Advertising
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Relocation Package Included
Languages: Fluent Dutch Intermediate English
Fulltime 40h/week Rotating shifts with 2 days off/week

What youll do:

Assist SMBs (small & medium businesses) via phone email and chat to enhance their marketing strategies and grow their business.

Provide pre and postsales support for selfservice advertising products.

Help customers navigate digital tools and improve their user experience.

Solve recurring challenges identify trends and collaborate with internal teams to improve product performance.

Share customer insights with the engineering department to help shape future product updates.
