Job Description
Are you a fluent Spanish speaker with a passion for customer service RayaCX is seeking a Spanish customer support agent to join our team at our onsite location in 6th of October City Egypt.
Join our food delivery call center team and be part of a dynamic fastpaced environment. If you have a passion for helping customers and strong communication skills this opportunity is for you.
Salary: 29000 EGP
22500 EGP Basic salary
5000 EGP KPI
1800 EGP Transportation allowance
Work from home after 6 months based on the performance.
Location: October Skywalk
Shifts: Rotational 24/7 9hour shifts (including a 1hour break) with 2 rotational days off
Requirements:
- B2 level in Spanish B1 level in English
- Strong communication problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
As a Spanish Customer Support Agent you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Spanishspeaking clients. This includes handling inbound and outbound calls emails and chats to assist customers with inquiries complaints and technical issues. You will also be responsible for accurately documenting customer interactions and providing timely and effective solutions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Spanish and English strong problemsolving abilities and a customercentric mindset. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required. We are looking for individuals who are selfmotivated adaptable and able to work well in a fastpaced environment.
