As part of the cloud sales team youll drive impact by guiding businesses through their digital transformation journeys expanding your portfolio of clients and making real contributions to business growth.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Being the first point of contact for new clientsbuilding rapport and trust from day one
Nurturing existing client relationships and helping SMBs adopt cloud technologies
Leading the sales process from outreach to deal closure
Identifying upsell and crosssell opportunities to maximize customer value
Collaborating with internal cloud specialists to deliver clientspecific solutions
Sharing client feedback as part of the Voice of Customer program
Fluent/Bilingual in Danish plus strong English skills
12 years experience in sales account management or customer successideally in IT/cloud environments
Handson experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce Dynamics 365 etc.
Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
Passion for technology and ability to understand cloud solutions
Bonus if you also have:
Experience with Microsoft Cloud products (Azure Office 365 Dynamics 365
Certifications in MS Azure Modern Workplace or Business Applications
